Shipping of Products

D’ Prop Centre (‘DPC’) is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within time frame specified as below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.

Guys we don’t want you to think twice when it comes to buy the photography props for your next shoot!!! so if you are buying at DPC, don’t worry about the additional shipping and all. We have all in one price here.

Shipping for online orders is currently free limited to specific regular postal-codes provided by Shipping & Courier partners for the ordered products value exceeding Rs.1000 (excluding shipping extra products) and customers are advised to fill applicable pincode only & in case wrong pin codes entered in address, customer shall be charged additional amount of shipping which shall be intimated to them by email / WhatsApp and advance payment required to be made for such correction in pincode.

Usually all volumetric weight items (having more than 0.5 kg weight) move with surface mode and it takes 2-9 business days from dispatch to reach to the destination & other items move with air mode and it takes 1-3 business days from dispatch to reach to the destination.

In cases where the Customer enters wrong pin codes in address which is eligible for free shipping and later on it found that the actual pin code is not eligible for free shipping then the customer required to pay the full applicable shipping fee else the shipment will be hold for 3 days and after that it will be returned to the origin and the balance amount after deducting the shipping charges for forwarding the shipment including holding at shipment agencies and returning back to origin shall be charged to customer and balance amount shall be refunded back to the customer. 

Canvas Backdrops & Poly Backdrops requires time to print it, and it takes 1-3 business days to get ready. Further Some products are listed to have back orders which shall be shipped as when stock actually arrives at our location to dispatch the same, but we do not commit any delivery timeline for pre-booking orders.

Expedite Courier Service (Express Shipping) also available to customers at additional cost which depends upon the cart items and shall be separately intimated to the customer whenever customer requires but in Express Shipping, we do not commit any delivery timeline in the event beyond our control.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, or as per the dispatch date agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company’s shipment delivery norms. All orders received before 12 pm will be taken into processing on the same day any order post 12.00 pm will be processed on the next day. Our endeavour is to ensure the products are delivered within 2-9 business days from the date of order confirmation. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing. Currently we offer only standard delivery. Event which is beyond our control we cannot assure you the delivery in committed timeline.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payments or after placing the order in case of Express Shipping option sought based on products in order. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Chennai (Tamil Nadu), India.

Non-Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please ensure that complete & accurate address is provided including zip/pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

DPC endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as may be mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if DPC fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you (customer) fail to take the delivery of the goods, DPC may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delay in Shipping / Delivery

At DPC, we endeavour to dispatch / deliver the product at given timeline but in a situation which is out of our control or otherwise, we do not take any responsibility whatsoever in case the product gets dispatched or delivered late than the stipulated timeline as may be mentioned on product page or on phone call or WhatsApp confirmation.

Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We, the team at DPC, not only believe in selling high quality products, but also believe in delivering customer service excellence. Despite striving continuously to serve our customers better, there are times when you might want to cancel or return your product(s) for circumstances beyond control.

We have listed everything below in detail for an easy and smooth process in case you do feel the need to cancel your order or seek refunds.

Only Pre-Shipment Cancellations permissible except Advance Booking after deducting cancellation charges @25% of Order Value or Rs.1000 whichever is higher plus with outward & inward shipping charges.

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel your unprocessed order & only if done within 1 hour of placing an order. Refund of your money will be initiated after deducting payment gateway charges and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail / WhatsApp. Please note that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 1-24 hours of the order placement.

Q: Can I cancel my order for Pre-booking / Advance Booking of Product/s?

No, you cannot cancel the order of Pre-booked or Advance Booking as DPC plan to procure / manufacture the products based on advance / prebooking of the products. Still if you wish to cancel the order, Order Cancellation charges of 50% of the order value shall be deducted & balance can be refunded to your preferred mode of payment. 

Q: Why can’t we cancel after 24 hours?

We believe in faster delivery at your doorstep and to ensure the same the process of procurement, picking, packing, in short the preceding steps start the very next minute of your order placement and hence the deadline.

Q: And what if I want to cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

  1. Yes it’s possible. For orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation or dispatch whichever is earlier, our team deals with the same on a case-to-case basis depending on the status of your order at that point.
  2. We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Coupon only after deducting handling charges. This Coupon is redeemable on our website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
  3. In case Customer requires refund in Bank, it shall be refunded after deducting 30%  of the order value or Rs.1000 whichever is higher plus outward & inward shipping charges & payment gateway charges as handling charges in case of domestic orders.
  4. Please note that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post receiving your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail
  5. Handling Charges are as mention herein at point number 3.

Return Policy:

As a policy, DPC does not accepts the returns of the products except the cases mentioned below:

If the product is incorrectly delivered (product(s) not matching the item(s) in the order confirmation) or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then the policy provides for re-fulfillment of the order or extending a full refund at the discretion of DPC

Products are eligible for returns if products received by the customer are physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or is totally different from their description on the product details page on the website, www.dpropcentre.com but for the products which are handmade may not exactly match with the one shown in image due to inherited limitations.

Return will be processed only if:

(i)              it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession;

(ii)            the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;

(iii)          the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual or warranty card if any and all the accessories therein).

(iv)           Return has been initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page or bought in discount cannot be returned.

Goods are deemed to have a defect if they are received by the customer in a damaged condition or where there is a manufacturing defect. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. A defective product can only be exchanged against the same product in the same size, subject to product availability. A full refund against the same may only be made at the discretion of DPC if the same product is not available in stock.

Product Colours: Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted.

To report a damage in transit please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. Please share the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and images of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.

How To Send In Your Return

To ship an item back to DPC please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice that you are returning the item(s).
  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and affix the printed address sticker.
  3. Mail your package, the same should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Approval Process

You must get pre-approval for returns by emailing us at dpropcentre@gmail.com with shipping details. Pre-approval process must be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the item. Customer must ship the wrong item back in same condition & packaging within 7 days of receiving the approval for returns. If we find that the item has been used and cannot be resold and not in original condition, we will not refund for the product.

DPC reserves the right to accept/reject any exchanges, refunds, claims and returns. Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and the customer is expected to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Exchange

DPC endeavours to ensure to deliver same product ordered. DPC does not have exchange policy in regular course of business except as specified in Returns.

Refund

DPC endeavours to ensure inventory to be in stock. Most of the orders processed on next business day but in case the product is out of stock we shall intimate & confirm with the customer through email / WhatsApp and issue the refund in full for the proportionate items not shipped to the same payment mode from which payment received.

Store Coupon

We will send you an email / WhatsApp message when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store coupon will be issued in form of a gift card, you will receive a confirmation email / WhatsApp message regarding the same.

Validity of store coupon is for 30 days from date of issue.
